THIS ARE STRICT  CRITERIA REQUIRED BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY,
ANY BOOKINGS MADE THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE ELIGIBILITY WILL BE CANCELLED
AND YOUR COSTS MAY NOT BE REFUNDED.

Eligibility for hire

  • Drivers must be aged between 25 and 70 and in good health☐

  • Held a full UK licence for at least 2 years ☐

  • Have no more than 6 points ☐

  • Not been involved in more than 1 accident in the past 3 years ☐

  • Vehicle is to be used for the purpose of social, domestic and pleasure only ☐

  • Permission for us to carry out DVLA Licence Check ☐

  • No one other than the drivers named in the proposal forms may drive the vehicle. ☐

 

Documents to finalise booking

  • Photo of hirer ☐

  • Copy of driving licence for DVLA licence check ☐

  • Additional forms of ID either (passport / debit / credit card) ☐

  • & 1 utility bill & HMRC, or a bank statement dated within the last 3 months ☐

  • Damage excess / security deposit  £1000  ☐
