To secure your dates, we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is then paid before your hire begins. Full payment timings and booking details are explained in our Hire Agreement

JDW Campers has a minimum hire of 2 nights. This helps us keep the motorhome in top condition, maintain a premium handover experience, and ensure every trip feels properly relaxed rather than rushed.

Standard times are: • Collection: 2:00pm • Drop-off: 10:00am This gives us the time needed for thorough checks, professional cleaning, and refilling so every guest picks up a motorhome that’s spotless, ready, and fully prepared.

Yes — early collection and/or late drop-off can be arranged in advance, subject to availability. If approved, an additional half-day rate is added to your booking.

We ask that the motorhome is returned in a reasonable condition and that you’ve made an effort to keep it tidy during your hire (think: surfaces wiped, rubbish removed, no heavy mess left behind). If it’s returned in an excessively dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee may apply. This keeps the experience premium for every customer.
